Andi spent years as a beauty industry executive before she decided to pursue her curiosity like it was a full-time job.
What followed was a string of entrepreneurial lives: brick-and-mortar shops, a profitable blog, books published with Chronicle and Abrams, partnerships with Google and Pinterest, a charted podcast, and a skincare line she's been building toward for years.
She's taken that work onstage, speaking to 25,000+ attendees across entrepreneurial summits and brand events, and built Oui, We Studio to help founders and creative teams build obsession-worthy brands.
Her superpower is helping founders get so clear on who they are and what they're building that the perfect people find them, and can't look away.
