Terms and Conditions
We are a small independent business, and every reservation is incredibly important to us. Beyond investing time, love, and hard work into organizing our experiences, we also make non-recoverable payments to bring them to life. To ensure clarity and alignment, we ask that you carefully read our terms and conditions below before booking. By booking with Oui, We, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and support!
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
When you sign up for a Oui, We event—such as a Retreat, In-Person Workshop, VIP Day/Weekend, or Travel Experience—a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit counts toward your total event cost and confirms your commitment to the experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
90+ Days Before the Event: If you cancel more than 90 days before the event, 50% of your payment (excluding the deposit) may be applied as a credit toward a future Oui, We experience within 12 months of your original booking.
Within 90 Days of the Event: Due to the nature of our upfront costs and commitments, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within this window.
SORRY, BUT NO EXCEPTIONS
Due to non-recoverable payments that we make well in advance, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policies for any reason. This includes:
Testing positive for COVID-19 or other health conditions
Family or work emergencies
Inclement weather or travel delays
If you cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, your fees remain non-refundable. Additionally, if you arrive late or leave early, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your experience.
SATISFACTION POLICY
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality experiences. However, we are unable to issue refunds or honor cancellation requests based on dissatisfaction with your experience. We encourage open communication during the event so we can address any concerns in real-time.
TRAVEL AND DIETARY INFORMATION
To ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable, we may request your travel plans and dietary information in advance. This helps us support you in arriving safely and curate meals to suit your needs. However, if this information is not provided in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee accommodations related to your travel or dietary preferences.
TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This should include coverage for trip cancellations, health emergencies, and unforeseen travel delays, so you are prepared for any unexpected changes.
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
In the rare event that we must cancel an experience, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund, including your deposit. However, Oui, We is not liable for expenses incurred in preparation for the event, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees, or other related costs.
OUR EXPECTATIONS AND RIGHTS
At Oui, We, we strive to create a safe, inspiring, and connected environment for all participants. To maintain this, we reserve the right to address any behavior that may disrupt the collective experience. This includes:
Removal from the Event: We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, with no refund provided.
Liability for Damage: Participants will be held responsible for any damage to the event property, natural surroundings, or belongings.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
As a small, independent business, your trust and participation mean the world to us. Every reservation directly contributes to making these transformative experiences possible. Thank you for reading, understanding, and respecting our terms and conditions. We can’t wait to welcome you to a Oui, We experience!
