6 secrets to creating attraction style content that influencers know but probably won’t tell you plus 3 AI + HD prompts to create a content plan

Unveiling the Secrets to Great Content Creation: Insights from a Decade in the Field

It's Andi Alleman, founder of Casa Noon Beauty and Oui, We Studio. With over a decade of experience in content creation, consulting with major brands, and helping entrepreneurs become influencers for their own businesses, I’m here to share some game-changing insights.

In this episode of The Unschool, we’re diving into six secrets that seasoned content creators know, but most entrepreneurs building their brands might not. These tips will transform your content strategy, making it more engaging and effective.

1. The Myth of Spontaneity

Have you ever seen a creator “just popping on” to share a quick update? It looks spontaneous, but often, it’s carefully scripted. This illusion of spontaneity is powerful because it creates a sense of urgency and authenticity. Next time you plan your content, think about how you can create these “just popping on” moments to deliver high-value insights that resonate with your audience.

2. Perfect Imperfection

Little mistakes and unpolished moments in your videos can make you more relatable. For example, I once left a moment in a video where I almost fell out of a window. This genuine, imperfect moment sparked engagement and made my content feel more authentic. Don’t be afraid to show your human side.

3. Curated Vulnerability

Sharing your struggles can build strong connections with your audience. This strategy, known as curated vulnerability, involves intentionally sharing personal challenges to foster empathy and loyalty. While this isn’t for everyone, it can be incredibly effective if it feels authentic to you. Remember, people love cheering for an underdog.

4. Engagement Bait

Using controversial or hot-topic questions can drive comments and shares, boosting your content’s visibility. For instance, I once posted an unpopular opinion about filming B-roll instead of everyday moments, which sparked a healthy debate in the comments. Think about what controversial opinions you might have and how they can create engagement.

5. Evergreen Recycling

Successful creators know that recycling high-performing content is key. Look at your past posts to see what worked well and why. Then, recreate those themes in new ways to keep your content calendar full without constantly brainstorming new ideas.

6. Engineering Engagement

Engagement pods, where groups of users agree to like and comment on each other’s posts, have been around for years. While I don’t recommend this exact approach, participating in challenges with like-minded entrepreneurs can offer support and feedback, helping you improve your content quality and reach.
